About a week ago we had a short power outage from just before dusk until about 10:00 PM. During that time I was grateful that a few months ago I added some additional solar powered dusk-til-dawn lighting around the house, to keep areas illuminated as a deterrent to ne'er do wells.
Amazon currently has these solar powered motion sensor lights on sale:
I have two of them on the side of my house, set to come on at dark at a low level, then brighten for a minute or so if they detect motion. They're illuminating the area where I have my garbage cans and a storage shed. It's also an area where someone would go to get to my back patio. They've been up for a few months and have been working very well.
My house has vinyl siding that I didn't want to drill into. So, the lights are attached to two of these clips each, which then clip onto the siding. I also use these clips for my Ring cameras and their solar panels. They've been up for over a year through some nasty storms with no issues.
I put one of these over the door to my back yard workshop, screwed into the wooden shed wall:

It's also setup as a motion-sensing, dusk-til-dawn light.
